The project of the renowned construction and development company KOMFORT, a.s. is located near the new South centre of Brno, an area with dynamic development, in the immediate vicinity of the new main railway station and Mariacela Park.

Continuous supply of fresh air without heat loss. Central heat recovery units in selected apartments ensure a healthy indoor environment by ventilating efficiently while minimising energy loss. Thanks to them, your home will always be well ventilated without unnecessary cooling or overheating.

Cooled ceilings

Pleasant climate without draughts. Cooled ceilings combined with external shading ensure even and natural cooling of the interior without the uncomfortable airflow that is common with conventional air conditioners. Thanks to this system, you can enjoy optimum thermal comfort even on hot summer days, with maximum efficiency and without unwanted noise.

Outdoor shielding

Protection from the sun and overheating. Outdoor shading effectively regulates the amount of sunlight entering the interior, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Thanks to the photovoltaic power plant and the high energy efficiency of the building, the consumption of electricity and heat is significantly lower. The construction company KOMFORT a.s. is behind the Mariacela multifunctional building project. Traditional strong Moravian construction company with a background mainly in a wide range of its own employees in craft professions. Since 1991, it has built more than 3,500 houses, apartments and industrial halls. Its buildings have won numerous awards, including Building of the Year.
