Step 2: Preliminary Purchase Agreement
- Preparation of the preliminary purchase agreement – After selecting the unit, we prepare a preliminary purchase agreement, which sets out the detailed terms and conditions of the future transfer of the property.
- Signing of the preliminary purchase agreement – Once both parties have agreed to the terms and conditions, the agreement is signed.
Step 3: Client changes
- Customization options: We offer the option of customizing the layout or equipment of the unit according to your preferences.
- Consultation with our specialists: Discuss your requirements with our team, who will advise you on the optimal solution.
Step 4: Purchase agreement
- Preparation of the purchase agreement: Once construction is complete and the building has been approved, we will prepare the final purchase agreement.
- Signing of the purchase agreement: Once signed, ownership will be transferred to you.
Step 5: Handing over the unit
- Inspection and handover: Together, we will inspect the unit, check its condition, and hand over the keys to you.
