How does the purchase of a unit
in the Mariacela multifunctional building work?

Are you considering purchasing a unit in the Mariacela multifunctional building? Familiarize yourself with the individual steps that will guide you through the entire process, from selecting a unit to receiving the keys.

Step 1: Selecting a unit

  • Please review our range of units: Navigate to the Unit Price List section and choose the one that best suits your needs.
  • Contact our sales team: For reservations or more information, please contact us via the form or by phone at +420 724 972 540.

Step 2: Preliminary Purchase Agreement

  • Preparation of the preliminary purchase agreement – After selecting the unit, we prepare a preliminary purchase agreement, which sets out the detailed terms and conditions of the future transfer of the property.
  • Signing of the preliminary purchase agreement – Once both parties have agreed to the terms and conditions, the agreement is signed.

Step 3: Client changes

  • Customization options: We offer the option of customizing the layout or equipment of the unit according to your preferences.
  • Consultation with our specialists: Discuss your requirements with our team, who will advise you on the optimal solution.

Step 4: Purchase agreement

  • Preparation of the purchase agreement: Once construction is complete and the building has been approved, we will prepare the final purchase agreement.
  • Signing of the purchase agreement: Once signed, ownership will be transferred to you.

Step 5: Handing over the unit

  • Inspection and handover: Together, we will inspect the unit, check its condition, and hand over the keys to you.
  • Handover protocol: We will draw up a protocol confirming the handover of the unit without defects or with an agreement on their removal.
