The company KOMOFORT, a.s., with its registered office at Křenová 478/72, Trnitá, 602 00 Brno, Company ID: 255 24 241, Tax ID: CZ25524241, registered in the Commercial Register at the Chamber of Commerce in Brno, Section B, File 2611 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator” or “Company”), in the interest of ensuring the protection of personal data of interested parties, as data subjects, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on the Processing of Personal Data”), informs you, as an interested party in purchasing real estate, that it processes your personal data, which it obtained from you for the performance of its business activities in the field of real estate sales (the individual purposes for which personal data are processed are defined in more detail below).
Personal data processed. Purpose of processing, legal basis for processing.
The Administrator is authorized to process the following personal data according to the purpose of processing:
Identification data (name and surname), contact data (e-mail address, telephone number): for the purpose of providing information at your request regarding the offer and related information regarding the Administrator’s real estate offered for purchase to third parties;
Lawfulness of processing.
The processing of personal data is lawful within the meaning of Article 6(1) of the GDPR (and consent to such processing is not required) in cases where personal data are processed by the Controller for the purposes of performing a contract, including its negotiation, or for the implementation of measures taken prior to the conclusion of such a contract at your request, if the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the Controller’s legal obligations or if the data are processed by the Controller for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interests. The processing of personal data is lawful within the meaning of Article 6(1) of the GDPR if you have given your consent to it.
Recipients of personal data.
The Company does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization. Your personal data is processed by the Controller.
Processing period.
Personal data processed for the purposes of providing information at your request regarding the offer and related information regarding the Controller’s real estate offered for purchase to third parties will be processed for the period strictly necessary. The provision of a specific service or the conclusion of any contractual relationship between you and the Controller is not, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, conditional on your consent to the processing of personal data.
Rights of the data subject.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
When processing personal data, you have the right to:
request access to your personal data from the Company;
to correct (or supplement) your personal data;
to restrict the processing of your personal data;
to erase your personal data;
to transfer data to another controller of personal data;
to object to processing in the event of processing carried out for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interests;
file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz), if you believe that the Company is processing personal data in violation of the GDPR.
All requests can be submitted by letter sent to the address of the Company’s registered office specified in the header. The request will be processed without undue delay and no later than one month from receipt of the request. In justified cases, the deadline may be extended by another two months, and the data subject will be informed of the extension of the deadline by the Administrator, including the reasons for the extension, within one month of submitting the request.
